Convention Information for Booth Holders

Room Rates: Single & Double $129.00 + tax - Triple & Quad $139.00 + tax

When registering at the hotel, please give the SPR code in order for the federation to get credit for hotel nights. This code will be available October 1, 2009 on our website: www.texasporcelainart.com. You may inquire about using various Preferred Rate Programs when registering. ie: American Miles, Corporate Rates, Hilton Honors, Military Rates, AAA, etc.
The suites rates listed above include full cook-to-order breakfast each morning and a two-hour Hotel Manager’s Reception each evening for each guest.

5:30 pm – 7:30 pm Hotel Manager’s Reception (For registered Hotel guests only)
7:30 pm – 9:30 pm Dinner and Live Auction

Friday April 16, 2010

Saturday April 17, 2010

1:00pm Commercial Booths Close

Note: SFPAC of Texas is renting a room for Monday, April 12 and Tuesday, April 13. If you ship your packages to arrive at the hotel on these two days, your shipment will be locked in storage waiting for you to set up on Wednesday, April 14 at 8:00 am.

Water will be available at all times, but it is against hotel policy to bring in daily snacks.

SFPAC has arranged for an all inclusive lunch on Thursday and Friday to be served for a nominal fee of $16.00 each day pre-paid for all convention attendees and vendors. You may include this cost along with your booth fee. These lunches will be served buffet style in a dining room area next door to the vendors’ area.

We will advise you on parking at a later date.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Dallas/Fort Worth Airport and Love Field Airport. We will advise you at a later date on available transportation from the airports.

The Embassy Suite Hotel is connected to the Frisco Conference Center and adjacent to the Dr. Pepper/7-Up Ballpark and across the street from Stonebriar Centre Mall. The facilities are both beautiful and spacious with convenient one level loading and unloading.
