State Federation Porcelain Art Clubs of Texas was organized April 27, 1958 "To stimulate interest, appreciation and skill in the decoration of fine porcelain".

To that end, SFPAC of Texas strives to offer educational opportunities to its members; and enlightenment to the general public.
